“I have been practicing with Ernesto for over 3 months now and I see plenty of improvement in my game. Being 40 and gone through a lot of injuries over the past few years, I wanted to be able to get back to the same level I was 20 years ago when I was playing National Juniors Tournaments in Brazil and Collegiate Tennis at McGill University in Montreal. What I can say is that Ernesto’s training program is great because not only he focuses a lot on the technique aspects of your game (swings, footwork, contact point, court coverage, etc), he also provides great insights for the mental side of tennis. The combination of those attributes allowed me to play with less effort and read the games faster! The fact that we are also able to practice with a few top Canadian junior players during our sessions is also incredibly helpful! I really enjoy and appreciate our training and the constant one on one inputs I receive! I see that my game has improved more than expected. I highly recommend Ernesto’s coaching program!”

“Dr. Mitchell and Holly are THE BEST. I love how Dr. Mitchell explains everything she is doing or going to do in full detail to you. My first appointment with her (and first appointment in YEARS in general), she was giving my exam and was explaining to me along the way what she was doing, why she was doing it, what she was looking for etc. When she was finished and figured out what our next steps were, she thoroughly explained what was necessary first, then what could wait. She knew and understood that even with a dental plan, there are costs, and she took everything into consideration. To her, it's not about the money. It was about my oral health and care. Dr. Mitchell and her CDA Lily were so good during all of my procedures. Very attentive. Holly, Dr. Mitchell's office manager. She is amazing. She is VERY knowledgeable about all the procedures that need to be done. She never lets you walk out of the clinic without knowing what steps are next and what is needed. She definitely goes out of her way to make sure that we (the patients) are happy and comfortable with everything. I would definitely say that they are the definition of EXCELLENT patient care.”

Dr. Chow is very knowledgeable and the most important thing is that she really cares!!! She is always so kind and understanding and will always listen to me when I told her what was going on. She will always prescribe treatment that would fix the problem from the inside out. Her treatments have made a massive difference to my health.
