Mr. Waffle Bubble Tea

Amazing food, great bubbletea, and staff that I wish were family. They're such lovely people. I wish I could visit them, but covid.

A small business with a home-y feel. I had the earl grey milk tea with pearls. It was great and the owner showed me it was made with actual earl grey rather than a tea bag, which is healthier and more authentic. Service was fast and friendly, and I would definitely go back.

Not bad. Very home made type of bubble tea. Much of talking and philosophy from owner, it took us 10 min to clarify what to order. Not bad but I know better places.

My mum got me up a takeaway bubble tea so I didn't go in but she spoke glowingly about how friendly the owner is.

I really enjoyed my bubble tea and we hope to go back to try the food someday! Looks great 😊

Super CLEAN and cozy place inside. Feels like a home. I ordered mango yogurt and strawberry slush which was packed with flavours. I would def come back to try their food and teas.
