My Australian Stealth Ebike was in need of some motor repair. After, shopping around almost everywhere in the lower mainland and getting turned down by every shop and brand as they only want to service their own motors, I was lucky to find ProMechBC. Their customer service is second to none and their degree of service and knowledge is superb. My motor was completely repaired, and it is now performing flawlessly. And to top it all off, the price for their work was extremely reasonable. Highly recommended for anyone in need of any electric / electric motor work!

Truthfulness!

If I talk about honesty, I want to take the name of "ProMechBC." I found this Mech company online and spoke with Mac (A team member). I informed them of my problem, and then he stated that if there is a problem with this E-Scooter, then it will be rectified as soon as possible and it will be returned to you, and if no problem is seen, then "General Service" will be done and get it back without any cost.

And the other day, I got a phone call that there was no problem and I would not have to pay any service charges. I was very impressed by their honesty.

Hard to find a reliable place to fix your scooter or E-product these days when you are off warranty. If you don’t go take your escooter or ebike here you may regret it. They are fast, accountable, professional, and the price is more than reasonable. In addition they have pick up and drop off service which is a bonus for busy people. This will be my goto service center from now on. Mac and team are awesome!

I'very satisfied with the service provided by ProMechBC mobile service. The mechanic was very knowledgable and, besides the main reason for the call, he spotted a couple of issues with the bike assembly and promptly fixed them. I highly recommend ProMechBC for bike mobile servicing , I will be calling them again in the future.
