(February 25, 2019, 4:29 am)Had to bring my bike in for a tune up and was fortunate enough to deal with Jensen who was awesome! He was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what he was doing. Happy to know there's a reliable bike shop on the East Side! I will continue to come and recommend this place to anyone I know.
(January 24, 2019, 2:06 am)Ross adjusted my precious bike so that I could keep riding comfortably during pregnancy, something I was very keen to be able to do! He was super thorough with assessment and fitting and explaining the implications of different adjustments on my riding experience and my body. The adjustments were successful and I'm enjoying my ride! I was really impressed with Ross' knowledge and the time and care he took in making the required changes. Five stars!
(January 19, 2019, 12:04 am)I live in Port Moody but always make the trip to East Van when I need bike repairs done. The staff at this shop are extremely knowledgeable, but very communicative. They always take time to carefully diagnose issues, explain the problems to me, and recommend repairs that make sense. I'd strongly recommend this bike shop, always worth the trip!

The bike fit was very thorough and meticulous, as Ross clearly has a great deal of experience and knowledge in the area. He was able to adjust it so that it fits like a glove and has made riding the bike very enjoyable.
Ross is a hard-working, honest and down to earth guy that will let you know the info without any of the bs - a very refreshing take.
Will definitely be bringing all bike-related services to you in the future. Highly recommended.
