“I so wanted to rate this place better, but my goodness, the woman at the desk was absolutely miserable. Go for the prices, NOT the customer service (although the young gentleman who was working there almost made up for her sourness, which is the only reason they're getting a 3rd star). I've visited 3 times in the last few weeks, and each time I was shocked at how unfriendly and unhelpful she was - maybe I'm a glutton for punishment? They offer a great section of tiles, loads of display boards, and a serious range of prices and styles. Everything is dusty and dirty, and you need to be careful not to disturb the tiles, or you'll be glared at by the proprietor.”
