“I went to see Mina with my mum to get a matching mother daughter tattoo that we’ve been talking about for years! Right away from our initial phone consultation Mina did an excellent job of putting us at ease and explaining all the details of the process, she was very considerate of it being my mum’s first tattoo and made sure the experience was a great one. The studio was bright and clean and Mina met us at the door. She explained all their sanitation procedures as soon as we entered the room. The stencil process didn’t feel rushed at all and we were able to take our time deciding on size and placement. The actual tattoo was the most painless tattoo i’ve ever had, both my mum and I chatted through our tattoos. She checked in continuously especially with my mum making sure she was okay. Mina took the time to explain to us how the studio is moving very much towards reducing their carbon footprint and almost everything used was biodegradable which was amazing to see. After the tattoo she took a lovely photo for us and provided us with an aftercare kit which was such a thoughtful bonus to the appointment. Mina was so friendly, thoughtful, and professional and I can’t recommend the experience and her enough, I will absolutely be coming back in the future!”
