“Really great little coffee joint in West Van. It was my first visit today, and quite a brief one at that, but I certainly got a good feeling from the staff and atmosphere, and the coffee was well roasted and well brewed. Probably one of the few places in the area that I would be keen to go to for coffee (Isetta being the other), so I'll definitely try to get back here if I'm passing again any time soon. Also really easy to divert off the highway for a quick drop in.”

“An awesome pizza place disguised as a coffee and baked treats shop. Everything these guys make is a cut above anything else from similar places in the area. The pizzas are amazing. The coffee beverages are well worth the pricetag, they're all great. I'd settle for anything here over something similar from any chain place for sure. They're also licensed and sell several good local beers and wines. It's an added bonus that the park directly across the tracks next to the ocean is a Booze zone. My only complaint is that the place was definitely hectic on a sunny day like today. While we also waited for our order, plenty of people came in and seemed confused about where the line began. The staff were on it though, and although today's line was long it went quick. Lots of customers means the food is great. Don't sleep on this place for a coffee or to grab some of their incredible baked goods and pastries. Grabbing a New York 4 cheese pizza to eat at the beach across the street is perfect ;)”

“Good burgers and great fries. The fact that you can customize your burger is always a plus, and also the free salted peanuts in the middle of the shop are a great way to get you busy and snacking while waiting for your burger. The extra crispy fries are fried in peanut oil, which makes one of the best fries I've had with my burger in this town. The fries don't taste like frozen fries that you get at most burger joints. I've even seen the huge bags of potatoes in the dining area, which adds a cool vibe to the experience.”

“First visit on my anniversary night, service is efficient and server has very good manner. Our trial dishes including shrimp cocktail, calamari, roasted cauliflower, ceasar salad and French onion soup, entree we have are prime ribs, and Ling cod fish. We also have a complimentary Miner pie which mocha ice cream. Food are good as usual comparing other location. But I highly recommend here because dining is less stressful with plenty of space. Server is more attentive than other busy location. I enjoy my family dinner with young child. Parking at night is easy in front of stores on ground level. Appreciated!!”
