“Yeah, it's OK. It's a little confusing to get in there. Go straight at the stop sign once you turn off. The parking lot itself is small and dark, but does the trick. It would be great if more people used it as opposed to clogging up the the pick up area at the doors by the airport. For YVR, I'd recommend having Wi-Fi for people to use, maybe even washrooms or a building where people could wait inside, maybe electric charging? I'm sure there are ways this little area could be improved to promote and incentive people to wait here while their friends or family are arriving.”
