Aside from that, has the worst hours, & changes them without notice, closed all weekend now. We needed access to our own money, and even a phone call to increase debit limit didn't work, because they were closed too.

As a mortgage broker I work with many different lenders and this was an incredible experience - the support and available products were top class. The lending team worked with me every step of the way and worked with the file until it was perfect.
