(September 28, 2020, 5:18 pm)I would like to update this to say that the owner got ahold of me and could not have been more helpful. This is clearly a case of one disgruntled employee and not reflective of the company. I would encourage all to shop at the Surrey location or online. Was a pleasure to see their amazing store and Ben the owner had this corrected right away.
