Quarks - Nanaimo

This is for their online store... I had a great experience with them! There was a mistake made with my order, but they set it right quickly and cheerfully. Recommended!

Great store with a great selection and fantastic staff!

The store clerk was kind, helpful, and able to deliver EXACTLY what I was looking for. His customer service skills were wonderful (and I had walked in 20-30 mins before closing - usually store clerks are rude and push you out of the store - but! he remained kind and helpful). I had visited several online shops, and several other shops at Woodgrove Shopping Centre. Quarks clerk was the best, and he helped me find comfortable, well fitting , and weather permeable boots. I have a hard time finding boots that fit properly, and with a bit of details he was able to find me boots that fit. I don’t remember his name, but my shopping experience was on Saturday, Dec. 3 @ 7:58pm. Hycka (thank you) from Snaw-Naw-As (Nanoose) woman in her happy boots.

Exceptional customer service. By far the best of the three shoe stores I visited in Woodgrove mall. Staff were patient, knowledgeable about their products, and made the experience of buying new Birkenstocks special and enjoyable. They have lots of high quality shoe brands, not just Birkenstocks.
