We had an AMAZING experience with Becky from Shaw Mobile in Nanaimo! As total newbies to the process of setting up wireless internet, she was extremely thorough and patient in walking us through the steps. She was able to arrange for someone to come out first thing tomorrow morning to install our modem, so we can have our internet up and running in no time! We are very grateful for her help, and we would highly recommend her services to anyone looking for assistance with their internet setup. It was fast, easy, and the pricing was great as well. Tristan was so amazing helping my mom get her new phone set up with an account. He is so patient and helpful and answered her questions in a clear and concise manner. There wasn't any crazy upselling involved at all.
