We recently moved to Nanaimo and decided to try End of the roll to get carpet installed on our staircase. We realized that it wasn't a big ticket sale for the store so getting priority for installation might be tough. Well, we had excellent service from Alan and he came out right away to measure and had the quote to us right away. Not only that, he managed to squeeze us in for install within 1.5 weeks as I had told him we would be thrilled to have it asap. The installer was very professional and did an excellent job wrapping each stair in the way we wanted. Our staircase was a difficult one so we were very pleased to see how well the work was done. Super impressed with the service and quality. I am also an Interior designer and have had plenty of experience with different carpet companies.

Decided at the last minute of the renovation to replace the carpet in a basement room and needed it done asap. Called up End of the Roll and within 24 hours had selected, purchased and installed the carpet. Installer was prompt, polite and efficient - and the carpet looks terrific!
Purchasing sight unseen has its inherent risks I realize - but salesperson Eva gave a great recommendation of an in-store remnant and sent online pics. The colour is perfect.

They came and checked the measurements before installation for free, and reduced the price (because she measured accurately). Provided quality carpet for less than $4. a square foot, and the installers were pleasant and efficient.
I now have beautiful livingroom and hall!
