Friendly husband and wife team that provide a fast, efficient and friendly service. We were unsure of the location of our septic tank and with uncanny ability Al was able to find its location, pump it out and give us a reassuring update on its condition. Being unfamiliar with septics systems, it was great to have someone take the time to answer all my questions and let us know that we could call anytime for advice. Highly recommended!! Legit five stars and they didn't even come to my house (yet)! My septic was backing up and I couldn't tell exactly what was wrong. Al walked me through taking the lid off the tank and checking to see if it was a full tank or a blockage somewhere else. Turns out I need a plumber. He's definitely got a new customer when I actually do need the tank pumped.
