Very thorough, caring vets and Staff

I've been taking my dogs to HCAH for several years now and have been impressed by their consistent quality of care. The staff are uniformly professional, but warm and caring towards my dogs.

You might say this of anyone but, trust me, it's a significant accomplishment when one of your dogs has all the docility and patience of a rabid honey badger when it comes time for his monthly allergy shots.

Together, we've developed a strategy that ensures Sir F-The-Vet gets his needs met while not putting staff at high risk for a bite. This has made vet visits a lot easier.

Also, today, when the same irascible geriatric snarker started presenting with tremors that had no immediately apparent cause, HCAH somehow shoved him into a schedule that was already full up, just to make sure he wasn't critically ill.

They have done surgery on him and have provided ample aftercare, including phone check-ins and suggestions.

I would definitely recommend them for your pet.

Extremely friendly, nothing felt rushed and my dog was treated very well. Doctor was very willing to listen and explain everything very thoroughly. Highly recommend for new people in town looking for a place to take their pets.
