Although I turned out to be the customer of Ryan’s nightmares he was always prompt and did as he said. With a few unfortunate events of no fault of Ryan’s in the end his promise of a happy customer ensued. Thank You Ryan for being true to your word. In our world these days there aren’t many around that do as they say they are going to. I give Castle Floors and their staff five stars.

My wife and I just replaced our water damaged carpet with vinyl planking purchased from Castle Floors. Ryan was our go-to guy and he always went above and beyond to help us. Super guy to deal with...very positive, knowledgable and helpful. He gave us a great deal on the vinyl flooring and would always get back to us with answers to our enquiries. Can't say enough good things about him...and no...I'm not a relative.
