I called for assistance with my freezer, the Technician immediately answered my call. He asked a few questions and indicated some parts for another job had not yet arrived, so he would come over in 2 hours. Lee was on time and within 10 minutes of looking at my freezer, he diagnosed the problem and offered possible solutions.
He gave the absolute best help and suggested I could possibly repair the problem myself. Lee showed me some schematics/diagrams from his phone, and explained the procedures.The next day I emptied the freezer, performed a complete defrost, and followed his start-up instructions. He even called me a couple of times to check in and offered me more advice over the phone.
Lee was 100% correct with everything he told me! This was so worth the "Service Call" fee and saved me BIG in repairs and/or a new freezer.
