The staff are professional and knowledgeable. I feel confident in the treatments I receive. The premises are clean and not too fussy. I really appreciate the office is in Parksville and I do not have to travel to Nanaimo or Courtenay.

It was a very positive experience, laser on my red face, maybe one or two times to reduce the redness in my face. I have had two treatments by now, the red in my face has gone down quite noticeably, I will do one more treatment and maybe show a picture

I had a skin consult with Christina the NP and with Kassidy. They were incredibly knowledgeable, extremely clear in what I could expect with each treatment and offered me many options. They were also really easy to talk to and made the entire experience very enjoyable. I left feeling excited and optimistic.
