Broke an arm on my glasses during the pandemic lockdown. First day I could, I went to see Franco to see if he could put my current lenses into a second new (and identical) frame which I already had. He got it all done quickly and I was on my way. Great store and service, and I’ll be back when it’s time for my new glasses.

If you need to visit an optical store this is the place to go. Franco was helpful and more than accommodating. Prices are the best that I found and he sells good guality frames and lenses. Everything was done right the first time and I'm very satisfied. One more thing I have to say, "Franco is a great guy"!

Excellent service - Excellent Price. I shopped for glasses last year and the service here was fantastic and the price was several hundred lower then 4 different stores in Nanaimo that I checked out. Fast forward to this year and I accidentally knelt on the glasses and popped out one of the lenses. I went straight down to the store (on a Saturday, no less) and the owner spent about 20 minutes repairing them. How much did he charge? Nothing. He knows I'm a customer and this fellow looks after his customers. Highly recommended. My second pair will be bought here.
