I am very pleased. I went in there to buy some supplements for my daughter on Saturday and wow they were busy. I couldn’t seem to find anyone who could help me with the supplements so I asked an cashier and she said yes I will call her for you! She’ll just be one moment. I stayed patient but then nutritionist on was super kind and she was so informative about the supplements I was asking about. I also asked where the bread was and the staff all knew where it was and they have a great snack bar in the back, which had some yummy scones may I add. I long line but it went pretty fast and the cashiers were very friendly!! I would totally go back and recommend to anyone who wants quality service from staff who are informative and helpful !

I love this store, just like the old-time grocery store but updated with fresh vegetables, fruit, yogurt, bottled milk, and other products. Sweet, knowledgeable owners and staff.

Awesome little store, I wish there was one in Nanaimo! The only place I know of thus far that carries the beyond meat sausages. Great little snack bar at the back of the store as well!

This is cheaper than online in most cases.
Let me say it again: it's cheaper than Amazon half the time.

It's cheaper than competitors.

The service quality is higher.

I stopped going to other places. I just come here now. 10/10 would HIGHLY recommend.
