Fun little experience!
A wonderful volunteer run outdoor museum situated in a convenient location on highway 19a. It takes maybe an hour to go through and entry is by donation. This museum exhibits some well preserved examples of buildings and tools used to thrive in early 20th century Vancouver Island.
A great little museum with active displays and many of the buildings are original and have been moved to the museum sight. Visit the blacksmiths shop and chat to the blacksmith or the model railway building where you can chat about the E&N and Alberni railways plus all the other great building not to forget the great people that work there
Very special spot for so many reasons. Enjoy!
