Feb 2015 - first blind was not made long enough by the factory, they provided a new one at no cost to me. The blind was installed and works great. Corey allowed me to keep the first blind so I made some changes to the second skylight and installed it there, works great.
With this experience I would recommend the Floor Store because of Corey.
