I hired Mike and his crew to find our property pins, which as I learned, is a ridiculously simple job for them. They didn’t need to take the job but they did anyway as they sensed how frustrated I was with my situation. Helen and the office staff were really great to deal with and hooked me up quickly and the fellow they sent over to mark the property was terrific. All in all an extremely positive experience. We have used Sims and Associates for almost 20 years. The Survey team is fantastic and the Land Consultants are extremely knowledgeable. Helens wealth of knowledge and her ability to build a trusting relationship with local Government is priceless. She can open doors, that as a developer we could not open.
