“I am always skeptical buying Wagyu in North America but after exchanging a few emails with Wilco, I decided to give Subtilia a chance. The ordering/shipping process was very easy, professional and well taken care of. I pan seared my rib eye (3 mins/side on medium heat in a cast iron) and tenderloin (1 min/side) and tented the beef and let it rest for 5 mins. Had I been served this in a restaurant I would have bet that it was from Japan. The beef is absolutely amazing!!!!! You definitely have to give it a try but read up on how to cook Wagyu because you can easily ruin it on high heat.”
