Great customer service by Daniel and his team. Small Town Floors did my condo in Vancouver and Daniel helped me understand each step of the process before we started and was able to answer any questions I had throughout. He went over and above to put me in touch with someone nearby that had just redone their flooring so I could go over and get a look and feel for the new flooring before committing. Although we hit a hiccup with floor leveling, Daniel was able to educate me on all the options I had. The new flooring looks incredible! Thank you!

When googling a specific laminate flooring product (my previous supplier closed their business), I happened upon Daniel. I called to inquire about a laminate that I wanted to match with flooring that I used a year ago in my home, and not only did he help me find exactly the same product, he also offered me a great price and exceptional (fast and friendly) customer service. I was struggling with finding what I needed, and Daniel went out of his way to call the supplier right away and help me secure enough laminate to finish my project, even though my colour was recently discontinued (yikes!). I went in not knowing much about anything and a man named Daniel was extremely helpful and made sure I knew what I was getting and helped me understand what I wanted and needed. Highly recommend this company. Although he was dressed in a tuxedo on his way to a wedding, Daniel went out of his way to help us even though he obviously had little time. After-sale service was fantastic and the price was the best in town. 6 months later the hardwood laminate looks beautiful and shows no wear. Can't say enough good things about Daniel.
