Delicious Brunch
Arrived just after 12:00. Place was hopping, patio packed. Servers taking care of everything, waiting, cleaning, setting tables. Like everywhere else, extremely short staffed.
In spite of all of the chaos, we were greeted in a friendly, timely manner. Yes, everything took longer than we “used” to be accustomed to everywhere. But, we were checked on, the staff were friendly. The food was delicious. My husband and I had the West Coast Benedict and the Baja Benedict. Everything was cooked perfectly.
The scenery is beautiful, the weather was lovely. A really nice experience.
I don’t know how stressful it was for the staff, front and back of house. It wasn’t reflected in our servers or the food.

We ordered a variety of handhelds - the Beef Dip, Reuben Brisket and Apple & Brie. To be honest, the sandwiches were good - not amazing, but definitely good - our favourite was the Apple & Brie. The fries that came with our platters were waaaay over-cooked (very dark, stale and limp, as if they had been sitting out a while and then re-fried in old oil). Unfortunately our service was a downer; it was a quiet weekday evening, yet our food took nearly an hour to arrive. Our waitress was friendly - I guess we were just really hungry! As always, for this type of restaurant it's always the location that counts - SPECTACULAR views of Powell Lake especially from our patio table!

The most perfectly crispy, golden, delicious fries ever! Usually waffle fries end up kind of soft at certain parts, but these were ALL perfectly fried. I looove fries...and these are by far the best I've ever had. Definitely coming back to Powell River just for these 😂 (and the beautiful scenery... but mostly these fries).

I was in town for my brothers wedding, and all restaurants were very full, but we were able to get a seat. The service of the staff was amazing. The food tasted even better and their decor was studying if you have an opportunity to come to this place take it. Oh yeah, and the view was just beautiful.

Great pub on Powell Lake just on the road to Lund. Excellent menu with lots of gluten free, dairy free & allergy free choices. Staff was friendly and efficient, we had a large group & everyone was very satisfied. Great food and beer choices. I will go there again when I'm in town
