I called and left a message, was called back the next day and service crew showed up within 48 hours and repaired the issue in minutes with their extensive knowledge. The crew decided to stay on and do a complete inspection and service at no extra charge. I am so pleased that there are still some businesses that have costumer service values and truly want to help the client and not just make a quick buck. I will use him again tomorrow morning if I needed to. I knew what being a bad contractor was (based on the first renovation I did a year ago), but Tephra showed me what a good contractor is.
