“I really like supporting refill shops and will continue to come here but…the setup is horrible. They have you on your knees filling your own containers. It doesn’t make any sense why it’s done this way. There must be a fair bit of product wasted which doesn’t make much business sense. I’d encourage them to visit The Soap Dispensary in Vancouver and other refill shops. If you want people to fill their own containers you need to make the process easy and efficient (otherwise the staff should fill them). Even a simple table or counter to put the jugs on would be better. Great effort with the shop though!”

“Wow this store is beautiful! It is incredibly refreshing to walk in a store that is 100% plant based. I don’t have to check labels or read ingredients list. It’s all pre-done for me. I’ve found so many nee must haves! Including the meals to go! Shockingly good! They have quickly become a staple.”
