“C-Mac has done all the hardscape & landscape work around our home. This was a combination of altering the landscape, adjusting our drainage and removing cracked and aging concrete. When this was completed brick was laid, stone steps installed, landscaping recreated and easily maintained stone beds replaced garden beds. The result was as we envisioned and has been a pleasure to live with. Throughout this process C-Mac maintained open communications, offering constructive & creative ideas while insuring district regulations were followed and our construction site was safe and manageable. “We had opted for two hours tour at 3:00 pm. However, no horses were available and our tour started at 3:40 pm. We had a great time playing with the estate dog-Pepsi. Helmets were optional. For large sizes, only bike helmets were available. The provided helmets were not sanitized. The horses looked tall and stout. However, my horse was resistant to even move. I understood from the wrangler that the horse was too tired since ours was the last tour of the day. I felt awful to ride on top of a horse which was visibly so tired. He was slow through the two hour tour. My sister had paid for this tour and I didn't want to disappoint her by refusing to ride. However, at the end of the trip, I decided never to use these poor animals for leisure purpose. I wish that the company was a little more considerate while using their horses for back to back packed tours.”

“We stopped here on the way back from the sunflower field, after seeing the sign out on the road. For some reason we were expecting the type of staffed roadside stand we’re used to seeing at home, but this was just someone’s home with a cute little refrigerated shed full of vegetables that operates on the honour system. We chose potatoes, garlic, and zucchini, and everything was wonderfully fresh. We would’ve bought way more if we were staying in the area for longer. A definite must if you’re looking to go off the beaten path and buy the freshest produce around.”
