My most favourite place! It's a great spot to come for a BBQ and parking is free. You can also scuba dive and camp with the most amazing views!
Super cool park! Lots of parking, and the walk out on the pier was nice. The view is amazing!
Little gem near the greater Vancouver area. Washrooms and parking available. Have enough sitting area to have a picnic... recommended!
Easy to access from downtown. We experienced two wonderful nights there. The cottage was a craftsmanship alone. Clean and well maintained living area, quality bed and bath as well. Nice and helpful staff.
Beautiful park with an old ferry terminal converted into a walkable pier. It's a small park so not much hiking, but a great spot for photos and views of the ocean and Howe sound. It's a great spot to come for stargazing as well, the light pollution from Vancouver is mostly blocked by the mountains so the sky is dark enough to see the milky way. It's also a great spot for meteor showers but the parking lot fills up fast so plan a backup location. Be prepared for windy conditions; a light breeze can funnel through the mountains and become quite strong, especially out on the pier.
