My partner and I booked the Wilderness tour. There were only 3 other adults booked for the tour so we thought it would be fine. However, they were going about 10km/hour and it was ruining the whole experience. Blackcomb last minute upgraded us (on their own initiative and on a busy day) to a private tour and sent a guide to meet us part way up the trail! Dylan (the guide) was super friendly and knew the machines really well. Totally saved the whole experience. We got to do some faster riding and quite a few trails. If you don’t want to go super slow just book the private tour! In addition to this great customer service, they fixed an issue we had with a gift certificate (not their fault as it wasn’t their system but they fixed it anyway), and one of the managers even lent me his belt as I forgot one for my snow pants. We will book another tour with Blackcomb for sure!
Was a good ride but not enough power from the sleds if your an experienced rider. Our guide was great and very knowledgeable of the trails. The views were breathtaking
Proposed to my girlfriend on a dogsled tour and the staff and Jeremy our guide was amazing. Super friendly and chatty to help calm the nerves. Helped give us an extra couple of minutes to ourseleves and even quieted the dogs while I did the deed. Jeremy you were amazing. Top bloke! Thanks again gang :)
Staff were super friendly. Chris was out guide and loved the way he gave us the tour and picked up the speed knowing we could handle it. Will definitely be back to try the extreme snowmobiling. Thank you guys.
Loves it. The beginners' course is worth it. They evaluate how much effort you can do while on the trail. If you keep up then they will go faster. Awesome!
