“My partner and I booked the Wilderness tour. There were only 3 other adults booked for the tour so we thought it would be fine. However, they were going about 10km/hour and it was ruining the whole experience. Blackcomb last minute upgraded us (on their own initiative and on a busy day) to a private tour and sent a guide to meet us part way up the trail! Dylan (the guide) was super friendly and knew the machines really well. Totally saved the whole experience. We got to do some faster riding and quite a few trails. If you don’t want to go super slow just book the private tour! In addition to this great customer service, they fixed an issue we had with a gift certificate (not their fault as it wasn’t their system but they fixed it anyway), and one of the managers even lent me his belt as I forgot one for my snow pants. We will book another tour with Blackcomb for sure!”

“We have been horseback riding a few times, but this was truly an experience to remember. We were taken to beautiful wooded trails, and did several fun river crossings. The guide Jim was probably the nicest guy I've ever met, and he knew everything there was to know about the horses, and was the most confident rider I've ever seen who had an obvious personal connection with all the horses; we also got a little history/ geography lesson about the area which we loved. The team working with Jim was very professional and knowledgeable as well; we felt safe and taken care of the whole time. The horses responded very well, and we had the most amazing time, we even had a dog companion (T-bone) who made the journey even more enjoyable. I would recommend this horseback riding adventure to everyone, and I can't wait to come back for a two hour ride with Jim and his crew.”

“Excellent fun for whole family. Service is great. Guide Jacob was super entertaining. Chelsea provided best customer service with great smile . The adventure was fun filled and light hearted. Saw two eagles on our rafting adventure. Got have a dip and had tremendous fun on the rapids. Highly recommended. Will definitely be coming back. These guys an dhalf no how raft and have a good time.”

“Cute cabin, steep steps to the loft. No clear paths to the beach, you have to trek over driftwood. We did see orcas and seals. Train goes by in the late night. No Stove but there is a bbq.”
