I met with Kira to review a shoulder injury about 6 weeks after my injury. Specifically I wanted to confirm my range of motion, strength and what exercises are needed to return to normal.

She did a great exam and testing, fully explained things and then gave specific exercises and explained what they would do to improve things.

She was most professional and knowledgeable. I will follow up in two weeks with another check in.

My shoulder has been out of commission for years lately I began extensive physiotherapy and gained some use good use from all this work but still suffered daily and every night was constantly in pain after one treatment I'm so impressed. My pain level had decreased from 50% to 80 %. Depending on. My physical condition.
