As a programmer I've always had ideas for side projects but never had the discipline to take them from start to finish. Neurofeedback with Crystal has helped me maintain focus and for the first time I've been able to finish a personal project. One of many to come!

For the past 10 years I have been managing Post Concussion Syndrome. Reoccurring symptoms include vertigo, brain fog and word recall. I have participated in various concussion therapy programs, worked with osteopaths, neurologists, acupuncturists, physiotherapists and have tried everything from Nucca to music therapy. Until 6 months ago I had accepted that my symptoms would always be with me. I tried neurofeedback after a conversation with a friend who was dealing with stress related issues. My experience has been very positive. I have completed 7 sessions and can say with conviction that the 12+ hours following each treatment has elevated my mood, improved my sleep and has made me more relaxed all around. I will continue with this treatment as the results have a positive effect on my quality of life.

Thx to Crystal I am back on my game. I was feeling really aloof and stuck in one place. I was finding it hard to keep my concentration. After 3 sessions, I see myself definitely more focused and in a very content place. I'd so recommend this if you feel like I felt back then.

Neurofeedback Training Saved My Work and Relationships

After experiencing my first adult concussion in January 2019 I was experiencing a lot of Negative repercussions.

I work in digital marketing, so being on screens is a must-do for my job. This was extremely hard after my concussion. I also found that my decision making and normally creative and quick problem solving wasn’t like is was before my concussion. I was having trouble confusing, both in work and in situations outside of work. I was experiencing foggy brain, decreased joy, lack of clarity, cognitive issues, and overall “low” feeling.

Even after seeing multiple physiotherapist for concussion therapy, nothing seemed to help. It was really difficult for me to deal with.

Then I found Neurofeedback therapy. A friend who had used Neurofeedback therapy for trauma therapy recommended it to me. I knew it was a bit of an investment financially, but I knew I needed to try something different than what I was doing. We only get one brain, and I didn’t want to lose mine at age 27. After 8 sessions, and I say this 100% genuinely, Neurofeedback Therapy saved my worklife and my personal relationships.

Week over week I found my problem solving and cognitive behaviour improving. I was able to think clearly and creatively again. I was able to communicate better with the people in my personal life and with interactions for work. I also found that Neurofeedback helped with anxiety that I have been struggling with for as long as I remember.

I would highly recommend MINDOA treatment to anyone who wants to heal, maintain, or improve their brain function. The science behind it makes sense, and the results are real. It is worth the investment, just like eating good quality foods and excessing are. Crystal is very friendly and educated. A great professional to go through this treatment with.

After a few neurofeedback sessions with Crystal, I am beyond excited in becoming more mentally fit and investing in my mental wellness. I left each session feeling relaxed with a newfound calmness. I look forward to experiencing the trickling effects into my mood and focus. Ive already noticed a subtle difference in my presence during meals and conversation. After learning about neurofeedback training, I was curious to know more, Crystal was professional, friendly, and compassionate ensuring all my questions were answered and I felt comfortable from beginning to end. The actual session was super relaxing. All around, would recommend to anyone and look forward to more sessions in optimizing my brain and mindset!
