“We have left our dog w them three times now . They are very professional in the way that run their business! They always reply or get back to me promptly whenever I have a questions or concerns! My dog seems excited every time we arrive at their door and is exhausted when I pick him up! They spend a lot of time outdoors which my dog loves, but also give them time to come in and take breaks and snooze! All around, it’s been a positive experience for us!”

“Nice store, local in Whistler so no great trip other than to Function. However the way the store is set up it's an order selection process rather than a shopping trip. You'll have to know exactly what you want when you go there as the staff have the store closed off except the front till and get your items for you. If you're looking to shop, I would suggest heading to Squamish to Bosley to get the full shopping experience, but if you know exactly what you want and don't want to feel rushed by the line growing outside behind you (store is one customer at a time) then make a quick trip.”

“We love Alpenlofts! The most attentive and caring vets in all of Squamish work here. Everyone is incredibly kind and you can tell how much they care about their furry patients. The facility is nice and clean, in a convenient location with easy parking and the process is always very smooth. Aldo has been going here for two years and I have never had to wait more than a few minutes. They explain everything clearly and to top it off, they reach out after appointments to check in on your pet. Another thing that I'd also like to mention is that they are the best priced veterinarian clinic in the region. Highly recommended!”

“Plenty of healthy options for all breeds and ages. Wide space between shelves to prevent any accidental conflicts from nervous animals. Well laid out sections for different types of pets. Fresh water is always available at the entrance. Bulk dog treat bins are a great idea. A few sample bags of my dog's favourite treats seem to make him much happier than getting the same type of treat all day long.”
