Great product, great customer service. We love our tub!

We absolutely had the best response from Josh (owner of Alumitubs) due to a stressful shipping situation for our tub arriving in Nova Scotia in early June. He was caring, compassionate and comforting. Without going into details, he showed immediate concern and remediated the situation in a timely fashion. It's nice to know that today, there are still companies/owners who genuinely care about their customers. Thank you Alumintubs! You Rock!

My wife and I took delivery of a large 8 person Wood fired Alumitub, to be used at our offgrid cabin. From start to finish, dealing with Josh at Alumitubs was a masterclass in customer service. He was friendly, professional, prompt with all his communications, and went above and beyond when it came to helping us out at all stages of the process.

The tub is beautiful, high quality, and everything they advertise. I would recommend Alumitubs to anyone looking for a quality wood burning hottub with great customer service.

We’ve had our tub for 7 months now, use it almost everyday and couldn’t be happier with it. There’s no comparison to the cedar tubs that need to swell to be water tight. Also Josh has been very helpful and responsive throughout the whole process even well after the purchase. 5 Stars all around for AlumiTubs!
