“Great customer service from the parts department as usual, my only grievance is their pricing for generic parts is really bad. Sadly they don't have the ability to compete due to JD policy so my 100% of nothing rule kicked in and I went to my regular local parts store and saved more than half on those items that are not specialized. Can't fault the guys in parts for what a bean counter in head office can't grasp.”

“Showers ARE nice but the renos to them were no more than two years ago and already there are missing knobs. They finally put in shower curtains but i really wish they would CLEAN them. Walked in today and found a used bath mat on the floor. Two showers ago it was a wash cloth stuck to the wall. It is quickly going downhill and that's sad because brand new showers are not that difficult to keep clean.... The will must be present however and it appears not to be 😥 Enjoy your day friend! 😊🙏”

“I have rented from Buller trailer probably 10 times now and I've sent others to go rent from them. I highly recommend Don and Robin if you ever need to rent or to purchase a trailer. For instance I took out a 22 ft equipment/ car trailer today to pick up a truck for my son to restore. When I arrived at the shop Don was ready and remembered me as a previous customer , his son Robin wasn't far behind and helped us get the trailer that we reserved and on the road. When we returned it later in the day Don and his wife along with Robin were assembling new trailers that they had received. Well I know that where I come from I would say that obviously it's a family business and I will continue to deal with them . I recommend Buller trailers 100%”

“This place is one of the best repair shops in B.C. I had originally had it repaired at a lower mainland shop and it was done poorly over the course of a week. Cullen diagnosed, reported and fixed under warranty all the issues Freightliner didn’t warranty or fix correctly in the same day. Their staff is absolutely beyond reproach in their friendly service and respectful approach to dealing with their customers. This is a great shop.”
