If you are a person who thinks sensitivity training at your workplace is a good use of time and money, you should just pass on because you will not be pleased. On the other hand, if you want a great dinner with some humor that might be a bit crude, then this will be a great place for you.”

“What a great place to camp and spend a few days. Dianne and Hal are great people that own this business. The property sits high above town so not too much traffic noise. The sites are level and clean. The bathrooms are spotless and she even provides a towel to step on after your shower. Plenty of hot water. You can walk into town for a meal or have Hal's famous Halibut and fries done to perfection delivered to you camper door. Go and enjoy this gem of a Campground.”

“Don't be turned away by the RV graveyard you drive by when you turn down the road. This place is amazing. The spots are tight but have full service along with free wifi. There is a beautiful clear river out back that is amazing for wallowing in like a hippo on a hot day. The lobby has a small shop which has ice if you need it. The lots are all partially shaded but your RV will still cook during the summer. The older lady at the desk was amazing, friendly and helpful. The other people their acted like longtime friends and helped us out more than once. Overall a great experience.”

“We loved the rustic log cabins built in another era. Especially the wood stove that was a wonderful experience to cook on after getting it fired up. And temps were 10-18C so it gave a cozy warmth. We accommodated no running water in cabin just fine. Pristine location. No cell phone service gave us real family time. Rental boats very reasonably priced. Campfire every night was the best. Joy & Matt are best hosts.”

“Nice location next to the river.. The sites are a bit dry and dusty , as is the lot.. The washrooms , showers , and laundry rooms are clean and well kept. WiFi is good also.. Support places like this as they are operated and maintained by volunteers . Maybe someone local should donate a load of crushed gravel 😉”

It’s very fun to play along with the background music and other people in a group setting. The instructor is very experienced and patient. The lesson is well structured in a very balanced way, not overwhelming while I do feel I’m making decent progress.”
