Gracie Barra is the largest Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) Organization in the world, with more than 1000 academies worldwide. Our goal is to bring the benefits of Jiu-Jitsu to everyone, men, women and children. BJJ is a great form of exercise, and the most complete and effective form of self-defense, it is also a powerful form of therapy that addresses issues of insecurity and low self-esteem. The Head Instructor of Gracie Barra Ville Saint-Laurent is Prof. Demetrios Diavatopoulos, a black belt under multiple time BJJ World Champion Prof. Bruno Fernandes whom himself is a black belt under the founder of Gracie Barra, Master Carlos Gracie Jr.
