I'm not exactly a customer, but thought a 'review' might be warranted anyway. Tim purchased a slightly used wheelset off me for a project car and the interaction was great. Kijiji's sales can be, well, not great, and this was the opposite. People skills count for a lot, and from our dialogue it's clear that Tim and his people have that and are knowledgeable too. If I have need for the services of a shop like Shorten in the future I won't hesitate to call them first.

These guys go above and beyond everytime, the work is excellent, the cost is fair and the advice is priceless! Bonus, the conversation is never dull! Thanks!
