“The Wellness Institute is a very professional facility offering many services / facilities. I often took the yoga classes - equipment is always provided and depending on the teacher, you can find a class to suit your level/style. I also walked the track - depending on the time and day, it could be rather busy but not a problem. There is a vast selection of equipment for training purposes along with a pool/hot tub/steam room. I have not used these; however, its wonderful they provide this. The machinery for cardio is abundant and often complete with TV/entertainment system. I would highly recommend Wellness Institute. It has many services which would take too long to list. Well worth the visit.”
