“The lamp is beautiful. Perfect for what we wanted. BUT.... it did not arrive on time. When it did arrive the store was not able to find a way to get it delivered since I no longer was able to pick it up. Some days later I did make it to the store but it was too late for the celebration it was intended for. I was disappointed that the store was not able to find a way to meet their deadline - Using a cab to deliver it would have been an easy way to make a customer happy, get it here in time for the event and meet their own deadline. In addition, the lamp shade was broken and we had to go all the way back to exchange it. They did not make any concession for all this inconvenience. Great lamp. Poor service”
