“Great place to live with all modern appliances in the apartment. Bit too expensive, especially for the parking and rent but overall a great place with the bus stop nearby, 7-11 in front and grocery store, dog grooming, scotiabank, play school, and chemist within a 5 min walk. Lovely location. Don't be scared of the railway track behind as you cannot hear anything when inside, thanks to the sound proof glass. However, if you are on the bed or the couch you can feel them trembling, nothing to be scared off.”
