“I stay in best westerns all the time but this is the first time I've stayed in a "premier" best western. The place is very bright and modern, the rooms are nice but the bed was very soft , so not a good thing for anyone who prefers a more firm bed. The breakfast was good but the kitchen was crowded and a confusing layout of all the food. The omelettes are made to order which is miles ahead of the lower tier best westerns. All on all a nice stay.”

“The service was great. Drinks were brought promptly and without any gaps. We ordered the half rack of ribs and the quality was not quite there for the food. The ribs seemed to be of lower grade meat. The service helped make up for the food. We will go back.”

“This hotel is in the process of updating their rooms which is desperately needed. The room I was in had a busted ethernet port and decor out of the 80s which is why I'm giving it 3 stars. Next time around I imagine I can give it a 4 star rating without hesitation. The restaurant at this location has buffet options during certain hours and is a hot spot for seniors. There is also a very nice Casino and event area on the West side of the complex. I was here during the -50C weather and was happy that I could plug my rental car in at many stalls near the hotel. Overall I had a good stay here and will come back.”
