“I usually stop by this location often. Just a quick stop on my way home. I've been a little disappointed lately. I went through the fast checkout and the young lady was not pleasant at all. She barely says 2 words to you as she checks your groceries. Forget about making small talk. Not interested. I mentioned her not so friendly disposition to customer service personnel who looked like he may be in charge? All I get from him, ' Oh, that's the way she always is' Really? No, I'm sorry ma'am. Just brushed me off like no big deal. I work also in the service industry that is not right. If I dealt with people like that on a daily basis they would not be too appreciative. If the cold weather doesn't make you feel grumpy already, thanks for brightening my day. Not.”

The cabinets not only looked beautiful but also fit perfectly. It was a pleasure to observe the installer and the care and pride he took in making sure that each piece was a perfect fit. They researched and found the appropriate hardware. We debated where our cabinets should be positioned and the sales manager took the time to look at the different angles before the order was placed.
