“This gym is what i think about when i think of the perfect gym. I started going there at the start of July and didn't regret it. The energy in the gym is awesome, the gym maintains all desired machines and equipment's, and everyone treats you as family there. Coach Tony was my trainer there and he is just awesome, he was eager to help and will take time with you. Also he understands what you are striving for and he WILL get you there and further, while having fun. I will definitely be returning for round two.”

She is simply precious. She's positive, kind and attentive to her patients' needs. Vista Place Physiotherapy is a warm environment buzzing with friendly people. Their way of treating and coaching their patients is actually sustainable. They have a team of assistants that show you how to do your stretches and exercices and they hold you accountable by asking you to do it with them. “I usually stop by this location often. Just a quick stop on my way home. I've been a little disappointed lately. I went through the fast checkout and the young lady was not pleasant at all. She barely says 2 words to you as she checks your groceries. Forget about making small talk. Not interested. I mentioned her not so friendly disposition to customer service personnel who looked like he may be in charge? All I get from him, ' Oh, that's the way she always is' Really? No, I'm sorry ma'am. Just brushed me off like no big deal. I work also in the service industry that is not right. If I dealt with people like that on a daily basis they would not be too appreciative. If the cold weather doesn't make you feel grumpy already, thanks for brightening my day. Not.”
