“I usually stop by this location often. Just a quick stop on my way home. I've been a little disappointed lately. I went through the fast checkout and the young lady was not pleasant at all. She barely says 2 words to you as she checks your groceries. Forget about making small talk. Not interested. I mentioned her not so friendly disposition to customer service personnel who looked like he may be in charge? All I get from him, ' Oh, that's the way she always is' Really? No, I'm sorry ma'am. Just brushed me off like no big deal. I work also in the service industry that is not right. If I dealt with people like that on a daily basis they would not be too appreciative. If the cold weather doesn't make you feel grumpy already, thanks for brightening my day. Not.”
