Everytime I use it I need to log back in and who really remembers theirs log in and password for every app. I opt on to save it everytime but every upgrade it does weird things. Its annoying and slows the process down. The app itself needs work. That's the only reason it's not getting a 5 star. Everytime I need to do a password recovery. I've opted to go elsewhere as a result before.”

“Be real with yourself, you know what the Royal Fork offers, you should go in with fair expectations! It's not bad value, my kids have an absolute blast, I choose what I know I like and I stay away from the rest. I recommend going around 4:15 p.m. if you're able as everything will be fresh and it doesn't get full until slightly after 5 most days. They give you a bit of a break on the kids, that keeps us going back periodically and ensures the Next Generation knows the restaurant. I remember when this place was new, I remember the piano players, I remember the higher-quality experience but I also remember higher-quality customers. I'll close by saying, you're not eating on your couch, you are eating out in public so try to be decent people, it's my dinner too.”

“Went here today. Ordered four pizzas and some hot wings. I was in a rush the worker at the cashiers said it would take more than 15 minutes. That was super because I only had to be some where in 20 mins. My order came up in only 12 minutes. Thank you. All the pizzas were great and stacked with toppings. The hot wings were perfectly done. “This location of Pizza Hotline is consistently good. Decent amount of toppings (though a bit less the last couple months), but they do a great job. One time I ordered with a different sauce (I’m autistic and have a strange pizza order, so it’s recognisable), and they called to make sure I meant to put that other sauce. I thought that was very sweet of them.”

“Went for the lunch buffet and was greeted by this awesome younger man upon entry. Wasn't a particularly busy day but he was kind, and had a nice flow to how he treated customers. Was really impressed with this level of service for a pizza joint (Maybe other restaurants have been slacking but i digress) but overall had a great experience and felt accommodated. Should probably give that guy a raise to try to keep him! He could make a ton of tips elsewhere.”

My only complaint is my hamburger bun was not very fresh at all. Maybe it was just that bun, i don't know. I have another burger for later so I'll see how that bun is. “I want to give it a high review, but I cant. The food options were limited since they were out of so many items. What they did have in stock was very delicious though. The beef was incredible tender, chicken outrageously spicy, and rice was perfectly sticky. However, the cleanliness upon further investigation was lacking. Tables not cleared off, bathroom were deplorable and the hot pot controls were clearly not sanitized. If the food reflected the cleanliness then this place would be amazing.”
