“Food is pretty good but management needs to be more involved in service. It isn't servers' fault, they seem to be running all over the hotel trying to serve multiple store fronts while customers sit there waiting. Some of the staff seem to stand around letting the others do all the work, and that's always a management problem. Edit: better on subsequent visits.”

“Absolutely 5 stars we had a 2 day old kitten that was injured and bleeding and had something internal sticking out from it and we thought it was going to die. We called around and the vets were saying push it back in, the kitten is probably going to die anyways. This vet said bring it in rite away so we did. Happy to say the vet did great work and fixed the little girl up and her prognosis is just as good as her 5 brothers and sisters now. Even though we aren't keeping them all we still felt that it was still a little life and we wanted to save her. So thank you for allowing us to do that. This is our new vet from now on.”
