“We had a wonderful time doing a float for the first time. The staff were exceptionally friendly, helpful and polite, and the whole set-up with the shuttle worked really well. On the whole it seemed like they were flexible but still very well organized. Having bathrooms at both ends was very helpful. I was a little nervous that it might be on the long side for the young kids in our group, but it was fine! We brought snacks, watched for wildlife (we saw turtles and ducks), enjoyed the stunning natural setting, and enjoyed getting in and out of the family-sized floats to swim. Even getting unstuck from high spots/outcrops was fun and easy with the paddles they provided! Our float took under 2 hours but that was just the right length of time for us. At the end we checked out the suspension bridge, and that was fun, too. Great customer service (we rescheduled once) and worth the money and drive. Can't wait to come back next year.”
